The apartment had excellent facilities, including a fully stocked kitchen and keyless entry. The owner was helpful in providing additional laundry detergent. The bedroom was quiet and had lovely views of the trees. The sitting room had a comfortable yellow chair. Buses ran right outside the front door for easy transportation to the Royal United Hospital.

Overall experience was QUITE COMFORTABLE. Wanted to see Bath popular places and this apartment was suitable place for exploring most of them. The rooms where fairly quiet, had and all you might need, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, and an electric kettle were provided too. Having a bathtub was great.

The buses running right outside the front door were a convenient perk for visiting the Royal United Hospital. The cleanliness and proximity to the city center were top-notch. The very comfy bed and peaceful bedroom made it easy to have a great night's sleep. We loved the very nice kitchen and mostly good decor. The location couldn't have been better, as it was centrally located and just a short distance from the town center. The informative and friendly hosts added to the overall great experience. The facilities were fantastic, including the free Wi-Fi, electric kettle, cookware, and flat-screen TV. The keyless entry was a total game-changer, ensuring we didn't have to worry about losing keys. We didn't have enough time to take advantage of the hiking, canoeing, golf course, and snack bar, but it's awesome that those options were available. Lastly, it was great to see that cots were provided, and the no pets allowed and no smoking on-site policies were appreciated. Our stay here was simply incredible!

We loved the central location, just a stone's throw from the city centre. the apartment itself was beautifully decorated and had all the facilities we needed. Wow, what a great value for the money! The room at Willoughby was clean, beautifully decorated, and just the right size for me and my partner. The location couldn't have been better - right in the heart of the city, with buses passing by for easy access to the hospital. The keyless entry was a neat feature that made our stay hassle-free. The hosts were informative and friendly, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches of fresh milk and biscuits waiting for us.

The breakfast option could be improved by including travel-sized toiletries in the bathroom. We had to go out and buy hand soap and shower gel because none were provided.
